What is the typical cost for a school and accommodation package?

As a general reference, a full academic year combining school tuition and accommodation typically starts from around €35,000 per year, and can increase depending on the level of the school and specific housing preferences.
Who can apply for BBA housing?
International students ages 14–18 enrolled in or applying to a school in Barcelona.
Do you help with student visas (mobility program)?
Yes, for non-EU students, the Mobility Program for student visa is a key part of studying in Spain when the student is a minor, and it requires a very specific and structured approach.
At BBA, we have developed a dedicated process in collaboration with specialized immigration lawyers to guide families step by step. This includes document structuring, coordination with the school and legal guardian, and oversight of the full application to ensure it meets the required criteria.
Given the complexity of this visa type, we strongly recommend approaching it with professional support to avoid delays or potential rejections.
Do students receive a legal guardian in Spain?
Yes, if required. A certified guardian can be assigned. Our service includes includes the preparation of the documentation, coordination with your designated guardian, as well as all notarization and related taxes/costs. However, the provision of the legal guardian themselves is not included, as this is typically arranged directly through the school where the student is attending.
Can parents visit?
Parents are welcome during orientation or upon arrangement with the residence.
What type of schools do you work with?
We primarily work with private and international schools in Barcelona, as they offer a more structured and predictable admission process for international students.
Public and semi-private schools (“concertada”) operate under a centralized system based on availability and location, which can be more limiting, especially for students joining from abroad or outside the standard application timeline.
